Day 2: Chocolate and Mexico City’s Historic Center Discover Mexico’s relationship with cacao during a hands-on workshop at the chocolate museum. Grind cacao on a traditional metate, make chocolate from scratch and enjoy a tasting, with possible festive activities offered during the season. Day 3: Xochimilco, Casa Azul and Christmas Eve Glide through Xochimilco’s ancient canals aboard a manually steered trajinera and visit a working chinampa with Arca Tierra. Day 4: Fly to La Paz Transfer to the airport and fly to La Paz, where a private driver takes you to Hotel Indigo La Paz Puerta Cortés. Overnight: One & Only Palmilla Day 10: Private Yacht and New Year’s Eve Board a private 55-foot Sunseeker yacht for six hours on the waters around Los Cabos.
