Most feature a balcony or terrace, while many boast panoramic views of San Miguel de Allende.

Restaurant Matilda’s contemporary international cuisine is a reinvention of traditional American, Continental and Latin American cooking blended with the latest culinary innovations and trends. Hotel Matilda implements several sustainable strategies including eco-friendly bathroom amenities presented in refillable bottles, solar panels to heat water for guest rooms and the swimming pool, and automated lighting to reduce energy use.

Additionally, the property separates and recycles organic waste, paper, plastic, glass and aluminum cans, supports the community food bank and purchases vegetables from local producers.
