Spacious accommodations range from 2,000 square-foot one-bedroom casas to 10,000 square-foot three-bedroom houses. All overlook the ocean or the jungle and some sit right on the oceanfront. Pure, fresh and local are the buzzwords for Imanta’s cuisine with local fishermen bringing the fresh catch to the hotel daily. Natural materials and trees cut down during Imanta´s construction were reused to create the wooden furniture seen in guest rooms. The organic shampoo and conditioner found in the accommodations use glass containers as an alternative to plastic and leftover product is repurposed by the laundry team to clean cloths.

A recycling system in the employee cafeteria separates organic, non-organic and plastic material, and to avoid using paper, brochures and menus are presented digitally via QR codes. Imanta´s boutique promotes and supports local artists by offering their handmade Mexican art, crafts, and clothes, while menus at the restaurant use seasonal produce from local fishermen and organic stores.

The property´s location on the beach is a natural nesting site for turtles. When hatching is taking place, the turtles are protected and Imanta´s staff explain protocols to guests and share information about the species to raise awareness about their importance.
