Las Alamandas

The luxury boutique hotel in Costalegre, Las Alamandas is a romantic retreat on the Pacific Coast ideal for a honeymoon, family get-together, corporate retreat or the ultimate beach getaway.

Nestled in an unspoiled nature reserve and located mid-way between Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo, Las Alamandas is a secluded luxury resort with just 18 suites.

The suites are set among seven villas and each boasts a unique color scheme. Beachy bamboo and driftwood bedframes are offset by brightly colored bedspreads and Mexican cushions. All of the light-filled suites come complete with TVs, DVDs and iPod docks for the perfect entertainment options. The bathrooms are huge with double basins and soft stone baths and iridescent blue-tiled showers. Some suites have outdoor jacuzzis that overlook the beach.

The resort is perfect for those who like to be outdoors with swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, as well as equipment for kayaking, mountain biking and other water sports. Guests can also head to the white sand beach in front of the hotel and enjoy a dip in the sea. For relaxation and indulgence the onsite spa offers a variety of massages and beauty treatments.

The dining options vary from the romantic Oasis restaurant, just slightly set back from the beach, to the relaxed Palapa Beach Club and a sultry rooftop bar.
