Day 6: Wine, Design & Cuisine Enjoy a wine country exploration, this time visiting two of three next-generation vineyards: Viñedos de la Reina, the architecturally striking Viñedo Bruma (designed by Alejandro D'Acosta), or the appointment-only Tablas. Lunch is recommended at Fauna or Bruma's Wine Garden. In the evening, an optional private-transfer dinner is arranged at Deckman's en el Mogor, chef Drew Deckman's sustainability-focused restaurant featuring a five-course, locally sourced tasting menu.
