Our airport team will greet you in the arrival hall of Mexico City International Airport. Check into the beautiful St. Regis Mexico City and settle in for a bit before heading to your next adventure that awaits this evening.

Enjoy a 3-hour interactive dinner experience led by pro chef, who blends a passion for Mexican cuisine and endemic ingredients with his background working at Michelin star restaurants in Paris, New York and Lyon. Go behind-the-scenes as you join your culinary host at his home cooking space, a city apartment located in the vibrant gastronomic district of Polanco. Sip on mezcal and tequila in an intimate setting as you watch your chef create a 6-course seasonal menu that celebrates Mexican culinary heritage. He´ll share insights along the way about the origins and ingredients of each dish, as well as their historical, cultural, and social relevance. Day 2: Exploring Mexico City’s Rich History

Day 4: Xochimilco Chinampas & Frida Kahlo’s Artistic Legacy
Today, you’ll experience the tranquil beauty of Xochimilco. Sail through its ancient canals aboard a traditional trajinera, making your way to one of the last surviving chinampas— These small plots of land are built up from the canal beds and used to grow crops, a sustainable technique that dates back to Mesoamerican times. Here, you’ll learn about sustainable farming practices while savoring a freshly prepared meal straight from the chinampa, like fresh quesadillas with huitlacoche (corn mushroom) and pumpkin flowers, as well as pork shawl gorditas, tlacoyos and chinampa salad.

In the afternoon, step into the world of one of Mexico’s most iconic artists at Frida Kahlo’s Casa Azul. Wander through her beautifully preserved home, gaining insight into her life, creative process, and the unique objects that shaped her world.
