“This was our second time using Zach’s services, this time for travels to Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende, and, yet again, they excelled. The tours and activities planned in Mexico City (historical city tour, visit to San Angel, Coyoacan, Casa Azul, etc.) were exactly what we wanted. They even arranged a private after-hours visit to the National Museum of Anthropology. We had the entire Museum to ourselves! Wandering through the galleries with an expert was definitely a magical experience and brought the cultures to life. Our guide, Victor, was excellent throughout, always finding something extraordinary for us to see, including the fantastic murals at the Ministry of Public Education (a truly overlooked site).

Before leaving Mexico City, we were treated to a WOW Moment with a special lunch at Los Danzantes, including our own personal mariachis (thanks, Wendy). San Miguel was the ‘downtime’ part of our trip, however, Zach’s team did arrange a marvelous tour of the city, a tequila tasting, and tour of the Botanical Gardens. They even managed to squeeze in a tour of Queretaro before we boarded our flight home. As before, their efficiency and knowledge made the trip effortless for us.”

“Once in Mexico, Gina P. took care of our day to day needs. She called every evening to see how things were going and to confirm the schedule for the following day. She was very accommodating when times/schedules had to be changed for one reason or another. There were always nice little notes from her waiting for us at the hotels and sometimes little treats as well. She was courteous, attentive, and friendly–a joy to work with. I felt that she was travelling with us as well, as she was very tuned in to our schedule and our activities. That is one aspect that I really valued: Journey Mexico was very keen on tracking our trip and making sure everything was going well during the entire voyage. Our guides, Roberto Kramski, Fernando Hernandez, Raul Gill, and Damian Alvarez, were professional, informative, funny, and very easy going. They were a joy to have around. Although some information about sites, history etc… was repeated, they were on the whole very attentive to our interests and background. They were punctual everyday and made sure we knew where we were going and what we were going to do. We felt in good hands at all times. All in all, we were very pleased with the professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy afforded to us at all times and we will be sure to use Journeys Mexico on any subsequent trip.”
