Chablé immerses guests in the rich culture and history of the region, creating an authentic experience that harmoniously blends nature, luxury and an unmistakable sense of place. Each aspect in the development of Chablé has been carefully planned to honor the history of the property and the ancient Mayan culture. The hacienda was originally built in the 17th century for cattle and corn before being converted into a henequenera, using agave plants to create sisal twine.

In a unique setting in the heart of the Mayan forest, Chablé Resort is spread across 750 acres on Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. The cellar provides an intimate setting ideal for romantic dinners, social gatherings or simply to enjoy a drink before dinner. In a nod to indulgence and relaxation, the resort also features an expansive cellar showcasing the largest private tequila collection in the world.

The retreat’s crowning jewel is its world-class spa beside a “cenote,” natural wonders unique to the Yucatan and considered sacred by the Mayans.
